1Article 63 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 offers microenterprises who are providers of high-risk AI systems the possibility to benefit from a simplified way to comply with the obligation to establish a quality management system. 2With a view to facilitating compliance for more innovators, that possibility should be extended to all SMEs, including start-ups.
